In the drive control field of electric vehicles , the AC motor controller with its high-performance, high power density, high reliability, low cost, low pollution and good environmental adaptability characteristics etc, increasing access to a wide range of applications, and towards to a digital, can be optimized, etc.Response to market demand, this paper designed and developed a DSP-based own brand AC controller products, which using field oriented control method and SVPWM algorithm to meet the application requirements of the electric pallet cars, forklifts, electric vehicles and so on.Through the analysis of the mathematical model of the three-phase AC induction motor at first, This paper outlined an algorithm principle of induction motor parameter identification, established a Matlab\Simulink model and simulated it, verified the reliability of this identification principle.And then through the analysis of the principle of the coordinate transformation, The paper described the basic principle of AC asynchronous motor vector control system, then this paper described the SVPWM modulation technique in detail based on the principle of PWM modulation, finally, SVPWM modulation algorithms and the vector control system are simulated by Matlab. The results showed the whole system is effective.For the realization of rapid agile,real-time characteristics and so on, which electric vehicles drive control system needs, the paper used TI's high-performance control chip TMS320LF2407A in the choice of the control chip, analyzed the design of the hardware and software, a number of anti-interference and protective measures in detail.In order to verify the feasibility of the designed system, based on the MATLAB simulation, do the experimental development of on-board system for software and hardware testing, debugging results showed that the algorithm can be output the waveform ,which is close to ideal sine wave, to achieve reliable, high-performance control of AC asynchronous motor.
