Abstract/Summary:
With the development of China’s civil aircraft, the airworthiness certification has become animportant work to ensure technology and market success. For complex systems of aircraft, safetyassessment is the primary method of airworthiness certification, and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) isa common tool for safety assessment. The using of FTA for safety assessment of airworthinessencounters some problems in engineering practice, and appropriate solutions are proposed in thispaper.For the dynamic characteristics of complex systems, dynamic logic gates are introduced toestablished dynamic fault tree. Dynamic Fault Tree Analysis (DFTA) has advantages of fault tree andMarkov chain analysis, characterized by the introduction of new dynamic characteristics of the typeof logic gates, which solve the dynamic characteristics of system security assessment in an effectiveway.Combined with the aircraft/systems structure modular, when establish the dynamic fault trees, inthe purpose to facilitate aircraft airworthiness certification; then modular dynamic fault tree itself, andthe dynamic fault tree into independent of static sub-tree and dynamic sub-tree, and then BinaryDecision Diagram(BDD) and the Markov chain method were used for solving.After modularization of the dynamic fault tree, use the binary decision diagram to analysis of thestatic sub-tree, Markov model method to analysis of the dynamic sub-tree.Base on the study of aircraft airworthiness requirements of complex systems, analysis the safetyassessment methods and procedures, proposed the assessment procedures using dynamic fault treesafety in order to improving Engineering operability.In this paper, China’s large aircraft safety assessment methods of airworthiness certification isstudied; according to the airworthiness regulations for aircraft system security requirements, analysissafety assessment methods used in airworthiness certification. Through analysis traditional fault tree,study in-depth of the application dynamic fault tree analysis method and system safety assessmentairworthiness, and it provide support to airworthiness certification.
