PBN system is the future development direction of civil aircraft navigation,it contains two types of navigation specifications: RNAV and RNP.In order to improve flight accuracy and ensure flight safety,evaluation of airworthiness standards for PBN and verification of airworthiness compliance are indispensable links.To verify the airworthiness compliance of PBN navigation,first compare the differences of airworthiness standards,summarize the airworthiness assessment requirements of RNP procedures,and combine the PBN operation and airworthiness validation methods to study Airworthiness Compliance Verification Method of the flight accuracy,continuity,and integrity of RNP procedures.Then,the fault tree method is used to construct single-and double-system failure probability figure of RNP navigation system,and calculate and verify the integrity and continuity probability values.The PBN system navigation reliability calculation software are developped,through the example confermed that navigation continuity and integrity need the number of navigation equipment,as well as the need to achieve navigation accuracy.Next,study the guidance on the design and test verification of flight procedures with RF flight segments,and taking a certain airport as an example,a realistic flight procedure is designed to calculate the latitude,longitude,speed and altitude of the waypoint,the radius of the rudder section and the center position of the flight segment for the RNP flight test procedure.Finally,carry out the airworthiness assessment of the flight accuracy of the RNP procedure.The flight lateral and altitude deviation models are established to calculate the flight deviations between the actual flight path and the defined flight path,and determine the navigational accuracy of the aircraft.The above flight procedure test data can be used for the evaluation of navigation accuracy.Taking a test flight data of the civil aircraft as an example,the flight deviations of each flight segment are calculated according to the deviation model,and statistics of multiple flight data in the final approach leg,which shows that the aircraft can reach the navigation standard of RNP AR APCH.Evaluation of navigation performance and verification of airworthiness compliance for PBN navigation was carried out,it's helpful for the improvement of airworthiness certification of domestic civil aircraft.
