At present there is a century history of the concrete structure. With theincreasingly decreased of construction land, a large number of high rise buildings andsuper-high rise buildings such as the underground parking and market, high risebuildings and super-high rise buildings are appearing in urban construction. Thedevelopment of concrete strength grade is from C10to C100. Emphasize is more andmore put on the mechanical properties, to pursuit high strength leads to a lot ofproblems, such as shrinkage,the energy waste and so on.Based on the optimize model and the shrinkage cracking above, after reading alot of literature, summarize the rules in the paper. By least construct cost and effectiveexecution methods, producing concrete, which can satisfy design demand, reducestructure deficiencies and improve durability, is objective requirement of modernconcrete science development. It can not only reduce building service cost, but alsoconservatism energy and decrease pollution. To get the optimum concrete in designand construction, the article puts the focus on the mix proportion optimization.Firstly, introduced the conception of underground structure, proposed the objectin the paper-base plate and exterior wall. Based on the bearing resistance capacity,endurance and economics, introduced the related influence factors of concretestrength grade.Secondly, after researching on some projects, the relationship between concretestrength grade and shrinkage cracking is put on. Then made a shrinkage test about thedifferent mix proportion test.Thirdly, summed up the processing through data from the mixing station, andutilized the BP network model in the optimal designing of mixture and performanceprediction of concrete. It is significant to find a method for the concrete used sowidely, which can get the mix proportion meeting the needs of strength, workabilityand durability.Finally, the mathematics module of the lowest cost of constituent materials ofconcrete mixtures is set up under the condition of satisfied concrete properties. Compared with the traditional method, a more satisfying result would be get, by usingmatlab language to solve the problem of optimal designing of mixture. In addition,through discussing of two projects in qing dao, obtained the optimal processingschemes for the concrete structure. This paper proposes that how to choose theconcrete strength grade, it can offer some reference for design and constructionthrough the comprehensive analysis and practical engineering experiences.
