In the road engineering of soft soil ground, considered the complexity of the softsoil ground, it hard to have an accurate compute for subsidence of soft soil ground. Andthe subsidence date of cross-section of the soft soil ground is a significant basis inproject amount, so an exact monitoring is necessary for the subsidence of cross-section.At present,the observed style for the subsidence of cross-section main have two kinds:The single-point subsidence observed style and the subsidence of cross-sectionobserved style. Because of the condition of the engineering influences the observednumber which decorated used for monitoring, it hard to rendered the subsidencedeformation curve of the full section through rendering observed points. Through theobserved methods of the subsidence date of cross-section can solve the single-pointsubsidence observed problems, but the smooth pipe is constitute by the same material,for the probe can work normally, the observed pipe may have big loop rigidity, it willenlarge the axial rigidity. This may make errors of the whole observation system.This paper summarize and analyze the observed style for the subsidence ofcross-section, designed a new pipe for observing subsidence which have an well axialdeformation, then designed the secondary testing instrument which fit to the observedpipe, these two constitute a new observation system. The new observation systemcompares with the single-point subsidence observed style, it have the larger looprigidity and well ability of axial deformation and anti-fatigue character. This systemimproved the deform pips ability of the pipe-soil harmonization deformation.The improved observation system of the subsidence of cross-section can observedthe full section of soft soil ground; it not only can supply the accurate basis of soft soilground construction workers, but also supply much more accurate date for the researchof deformation theory, to improve the accurate compute for the subsidence of soft soilground.
