With the high-speed development of economy in our country,many urban ground transportation cannot meet the needs of People's Daily life and work.The construction of subway effectively alleviates the traffic pressure,Wuhan has been developing the construction of the subway in recent years,and shield construction method has many advantages to connect urban engineering environment.So the research of shield tunnel construction to the influence mechanism of surface and buildings has important engineering significance.This paper,taking Wuhan rail transit seven line seven blocks Hong Kong road ~ Macao road interval as the engineering background,analyzed the ground subside data and the building deformation data of several typical monitoring section's,concluding that in left and right line construction successively,the ground subsidence produced by first advance line is greater than the ground subsidence produced by after advance line in the same observation surface,ground settlement is mainly produced in the phase of shield through the observation section and the phase of grouting at shield tail,Lateral surface subsidence rule is similar to Peck subsider rule,analyzed the dynamic load factor,the building load factors on the influence of land subsidence.Using numerical analysis software PLAXIS 3D,established a three dimensional numerical model in shield tunnel through a two floor brickconcrete building,the numerical simulation results were compared with monitoring data,the results showed trend fitting is good,can provide a reference for engineering construction.Simulation and comparison of the law of ground subsidence under the condition of buildings with different load condition and double line tunnel excavation sequence.Concluded that soil shield tunnel incision on the shield of the process of the perturbation is larger,and shield tail grouting pressure stage of the deformation of surrounding soils is larger,the building load has great influence to the soil subsidence,double line tunnel excavation of soil at the sametime around the settlement amount is greater than the line successively excavation of settlement.
