Study On Humanized Medical Building Space Design

With the gradually developing economy, quickly progressing science technology andthe gradually improving living quality, the demand of medical buildings for humanity isnot only limited in the basic function or the medical standards, but also in more concernabout the medical environment and the humanized medical building space.In this essay, with the basis of architectural theory, i try to utilize the knowledge ofthe medical psychology, social psychology and environmental psychology to summarizethe humanized design method of medical building space, including the humanizedmedical process design, the feeling environment, detail design and barrier free design,then i summarize the main four design directions for the humanized medical building:humanization, court yard, the family and facilitation. Finally, i try to research thespecific application for the humanized design method of medical building space thoughseveral profound humanized buildings from domestic and overseas.This essay is more concern about the principle and strategy for humanized medicalbuilding space, stating the significance affected by the humanized medical buildingspace, wich could become the theory basis and operated method for furtherdevelopment of the medical environment design.
