Buoyancy is the warship design process and use of the process must beconsidered one of the basic problems. Because test the warships to try the armamentsystem to have to its posture the specific request, Traditional rely only on oil andwater tank, using conventional approximate calculation methods of adjustment andkeep the warship buoyancy, already cannot satisfy the weapon system testrequirements. So the research in this filed which is the main content of this thesis ismeaningful to practical application.The main contents of the thesis are as followings:(1) Appling Access database, SQL Language and data interface technology underVisual Basic6.0platform, we build comprehensive test warship buoyancy and stabilitydatabase. Importing warship information and naval ship general specification’s data,diagrams to system database, System can operate Lagrange interpolation programcomplete numerical interpolation calculation, improving the system calculationefficiency.(2) Analyzing the methods and process of working out test warship’s buoyancyand stability. Calculating warship buoyancy parameters by the static hydraulic curveinterpolation and the ships statics formula; Based on comprehensive test warshipsystem database, using cubic spline interpolation curve fitting static and dynamicstability curve, according to the dynamic stability curve for warship stability checkingcalculation. Proposing a mathematical model suitable for computer which making thecalculation more scientific and more accurate.(3) Proposing the use of tank to adjust the basic principles of floating-state, usingthe statics principle and computer technology developed a suitable for theman-machine interactive ship floating-state adjustment scheme of the real-timeoperation method.(4)Based on the research mentioned above, the computer aided decision-makingsystem in comprehensive test warship floating state is exploited. The system will helpthe commander to get the floating states and stability parameters effectively. And canaccording to actual situation floating-state for the ship to adjust.Taking a comprehensive test warship buoyancy and stability calculations forexample, the system can perform well in warship buoyancy and stability,floating-state adjustment calculation, improving the warship buoyancy and stabilitycheck efficiency and quality, the system have high application value.
