As a non-polluting, inexhaustible and green energy, the development of solar industry attached muchattention by the countries of the world, especially the technology. There were two parts in photovoltaicpower generation system, the one was DC-DC, and another was AC-DC. The DC-DC part not onlymatched the voltage of the AC-DC, but also tracked the maximum power point which was very importantto improve efficiency of the system. The power electronics technology applied energeticallyin the photovoltaic played a great significance to high-frequency, high efficiency.Firstly, the photovoltaic cell was simulated by the MATLAB, the output characteristic curves wereanalyzed under different Light intensity and temperature. The Analysis result showed the importance of theMPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking), and then, the classics MPPT algorithms were compared,analyzed and optimized. Finally, the optimized algorithm was verified by the boost DC-DC MATLABmodel.Secondly, the classical models of the DC-DC and Soft-switching circuits were introduced simply, thesoft-switching circuits used in the photovoltaic power generation were analyzed and compared, and thePhase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS DC-DC which topology circuit series diode on the lagging bridge-arm,and then, the working principle was analyzed in detail, the components of the topology circuit weredesigned and selected in detail. The circuit model was verified by the MATLAB.Thirdly, the control system which based on TMS320F2812was designed, and the Control Concept,software (PWM modulation, main program and subroutines) and hardware (isolating and driving circuit,sampling circuit, protection circuit) were designed.Finally, a500W phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS DC-DC converter test prototype was fabricated. Theresults showed the design of the main circuit was reasonable and successful, the converter was stable andreliable.
