With the global energy crisis intensifying, renewable energy development and utilization become more and more important. Pressure and insulation of solar panels will limit the number of photovoltaic modules in series, so DC/DC boosted link was used generally in photovoltaic power generation systems.PV-boosted DC/DC converter's performance will have a direct impact on the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic power generation systems, it's signifieant to research on high efficiency PV-boosted soft-switch DC/DC converter.As regards of photovoltaic power generation systems,the phase-shifted full-bridge DC/DC converter topology and control methods are analyzed and researched in the paper.Firstly, the development of photovoltaic technology and research at home and abroad were introduced,in this article,and several typical full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter topologies were analyzed and compared. Based on the characteristics of PV Boosted DC/DC converter, a new vice-side passive clamp full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter topology was given. This Paper analyzed the converter's principle and soft-switching conditions,deseribed the design process of high-frequency transformer and output filter inductance,the selection of devices and the calculation of Parameters,as well as simulated by PSIM. The simulation results showed the correctness and feasibility of the design parameters.Based on XE164F, The digital control system of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter was designed. A novel digital phase-shifted method based on XE164F was adopted. The control strategy was described. The design of the soft ware were also given. Finally,500VA phase-shifted full-bridge ZVZCS DC/DC converter test prototype wae finished. The results show that:the parameter design of the main circuit is reasonable, successful, and converter was stable and reliable.
