In recent years, with the rapidly development of the bridge construct project in ourcountry, related professionals pay more and more attentions to many economic,reasonable, beautiful bridge structures, and have applied them to the practicalengineering. High pier and large frame continuous rigid frame bridge is highly favoredby designers with its crisp line, simple and quick construction, high strength, andlong-span ability, which is widely used in various projects under construction in recentyears.In this paper, taking Niujiaoping bridge as an example, a simulation model is set upwith using Midas/Civil to simulate the process of bridge construction. In the followingcalculation, the selection of calculation schema and values of parameters can reflect theactual situation in the process of bridge construction as far as possible, which can getmore accurate simulation results. The accomplishments of this paper are as follows:â‘ Establishing two kinds of fold schemes according to the different constructionprocedures, a comparison between the two fold schemes is mainly made in the internalforce of constant load, deflection and stress. Then the much more reasonable one in thetwo construction schemes is determined ultimately.â‘¡This paper selects the forward calculation method to simulate the constructionprocess of the whole bridge. After detailed calculation and analysis, the result obtainedincludes the deflection of beam during the cantilever construction process, deformationat the completed bridge stage and stress of the key sections at any time of the bridgeconstruction process, then analyze the calculation result and verify the rationality andreliability of the data, finally further summarize the variation of the deflection and stress,to guide the construction of the bridge.â‘¢By establishing the computation model, the sensitivity of the main parametersto Niujiaoping bridge are analyzed. This paper mainly studies the parameter error oninfluence of the deflection and stress during and after erection of the bridge. Accordingto the influence, the study estimates the main parameters and the second parameters,and summarizes the basic rules. The result obtained here are helpful for designers andbuilders to further understand the significance practically. The construction of long-spancontinuous rigid-frame bridges with high pier is complex and under the influence ofmany parameters. It is necessary to carry on calculating simulation effectively for the structural quality and safety. |
