In the past20years, with the proposal and continuous development of InductiveCoupled Power Transfer (ICPT), the application of this new power transmissiontechnology has enjoyed increasingly broad prospect.Based on the project from National Natural Science Foundation and the keyscientific and technological project of Chongqing, this thesis studies the advantages,status quo, development and application prospect of ICPT. With no measures taken, thetransmission of ICPT is vulnerable to the outside factors and its voltage becomesunstable, causing not only the instability of output voltage due to the upheaval of itssecondary circuit, but also a large circulation of the primary circuit inverter resulting inthe reduction of its transmission power, which is not in accordance with the requirementof modern electrical equipments and the development of power electronics technology.Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting ICPT transmission, studyreliable methods of system output control and improve the stability of the system’soutput voltage so as to ensure reliable power for electrical equipment under all kinds ofharsh conditions.This paper first introduces the systematic structure and operating principle of ICPT,analyzes the impact of changes in various system parameters on the output voltage,based on the capacitor array, designs an adjustable capacitor circuit for dynamicadjustment of the stable voltage control of Secondary resonant capacitor, proposesconcrete design for FPGA controller regulator system and conducts simulation analysisof validation.Finally, based on the FPGA platform, a tunable capacitor array circuit, a detectioncircuit, a drive circuit and the inverter main circuit that the control system needs havebeen built to experiment on and verify the theoretical analysis and simulation results.The experimental results show that this method can effectively achieve the stability ofthe secondary circuit output voltage. However, the discreteness of the capacitance valueof the tunable capacitor array causes the ripple of the output voltage amplitude.The Tunable capacitor array control method and experimental data in this thesisare of certain reference value and practical significance to the design and research ofICPT system output control method.
