Study On Tactics Of Large-scale Hospital Building’s Reconstruction Design Based On General Efficiency Evaluation

As a high technical architecture type with complicated function, the hospitalbuilding is central to human survival and reproductive success, and it maintain healthyand resist disease and experience the whole process of life. With the medical scienceand technology’s progress and the reform of China’s medical which had carried forward,large expansion of hospital is developing with an unprecedented speed rapid, expansionhas become a stage which every hospital can’t avoid in the progress of developmentconstruction. But subsequently, it may produce space efficiency, economic efficiencyand the social efficiency problem which could hinder the hospital building from healthydevelopment.This article puts forward the concept of hospital building comprehensive efficiencyfrom multidisciplinary content which based on the analysis of the medical treatmentsystem,and systematically analyzing the related factors in the view of architecturedesign. On this basis, according to the principle of analytic hierarchy process itestablished the hierarchy judgment matrix, and through the investigation questionnaire’sdata collection, using the yaahp+v0.5software, calculated the various factors’weight inthe evaluation system. Through the analysis of the weight,it put forward basicprinciples and aim of the hospital building’s efficiency design.The design strategy of the expansion take the basic property of architectural spaceas the main framework, and according to the principle of comprehensive efficiencyevaluation system of the weight of each index to analyzes the methods and strategies offunctional integration expansion, streamline restructuring, area of the spatial scalecontrol and improving the environment. Including the previous planning and overallplanning for different levels of functional integration expansion mode, the whole of theintegration of traffic streamline underwent the design efficiency and parking. Theefficiency of the expansion in monomer level design includes major medical spacefunction simplified, expansion, cohesion and the original space using and thetransformation, the main medical space area and scale control and repairing themonomer internal traffic streamline, also including methods and strategies to improvethe medical space environment.Through the large hospital comprehensive efficiency of design and expansion, thispaper for large hospital buildings provide for sustainable development of the potential for saving social medical resources and put forward a concrete construction coststrategy and method, realizing urban medical reasonable allocation of resources and thehealthy development of the hospital building.
