Research On Regional Renovation Strategy Of The Old Campus Of The First Hospital Of China Medical University Based On Inventory Planning

As one of the important components of city function,universities not only disseminate knowledge but also provide a place for city cultural activities.The old campus of colleges and universities is in the process of development.With the removal of teaching function,the old campus of colleges and universities has lost its original function.Under the background of promoting inventory revitalization,how to tap the potential benefits of the old campus of colleges and universities has become the focus of attention.Under the background of stock planning,this paper aims at how to maximize the comprehensive benefits of construction land in old university campuses.Based on the understanding of the status quo of the transformation of the old campus in Colleges and universities,through the relevant research on the driving forces of the transformation of colleges and universities,and from the perspective of the construction land of the old campus in Colleges and universities,this paper excavates the existing resources advantages of the old campus in Colleges and universities,and tries to find out the ways and means suitable for the transformation of the old campus in Colleges and universities,and takes the Peace Campus of China Medical University as an example,carries out empirical analysis and gives the corresponding.The main contents of this paper are mainly six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction.This paper expounds the background and purpose of this study,clarifies the specific research object and related concepts,summarizes the previous research results,uses relevant research methods to analyze and research,and puts forward the framework of this paper.The second chapter is about the related theory research and the status quo of transformation of the old campus of colleges and universities,which provides the basis for the follow-up discussion and determines the research direction of this paper.The third chapter is the construction of the comprehensive evaluation model of the construction land in the old campus of colleges and universities.Starting from the driving forces of University transformation,this paper studies the roles of industrial driving forces,environmental accommodation forces,policy-oriented forces and cultural driving forces in University transformation,and summarizes the influencing factors of evaluation of construction land in old university campuses.Through the establishment of comprehensive benefit evaluation model and taking Heping Campus of China Medical University as an example,the rationality of the index system was verified,and the direction of renewal of construction land in Heping Campus was proposed.Chapter IV is about the theme of the transformation of the old campus in Colleges and universities.Through ranking the weight of each influencing factor of the construction land in the old campus of colleges and universities,this paper evaluates the existing themes of colleges and universities from four aspects of economic urgency,cultural influence,social expectation and environmental upgrading for different transformation themes,so as to select the optimal renewal scheme of the old campus of colleges and universities,so as to maximize the comprehensive interests.Chapter 5 is an example of Renewal Design of Peace Campus of China Medical University.For the specific optimization strategy and renewal plan of Peace Campus of China Medical University,the renewal ideas and framework are put forward.The renewal plan and optimization strategy are put forward from the perspective of improving the industrial structure of the city and rationally adjusting the functional layout,and the policy mechanism and management mode are also improved.Chapter VI is the conclusion and outlook.It summarizes the whole paper and puts forward further specific implementation requirements for the renewal of the old campus.It makes the old campus of colleges and universities become a new driving force for regional development and promotes the development of the surrounding areas.
