| With the development of society, people need larger buildings to span a variety of social activities. Based on the needs of people, the span of buildings is constantly increasing. In this process, a series of problems produced by increase the span of the structure should to be overcome, therefore, floating structure construction came into being. The working principle of Aerostat, namely the theory of lighter-than-air is applied to building structures, concretely say, floating structure use helium to replace air in inflatable structures, because helium is lighter than air which can support part of the structure’s weight, then can achieve the buildings of no supporting or rare supporting.The floating structure building studied in this paper use cable net fabric instead of the membrane as the main force component, with a number of balloons filled with helium in membrane.Floating structure buildings need morphological analysis and load analysis. In this paper the traditional dynamic relaxation method was improved, based on the improved dynamic relaxation method, the calculation procedure used in this paper is developed on visual studio 2005 platform with vb.net language. In this paper, two examples of floating structure buildings are constructed. With morphological analysis and load analysis of them, some regular conclusions are drown. The mechanical properties of floating structure under snow loads and wind loads are summarized, and the recommendation of floating structures’design is given.The purpose of the floating structure building is to be applied to super large-span structures, on the foundation of the above analysis; a large span of 800m span of the roof structure of building was constructed. Then the morphological analysis and load analysis of the roof structure was done. In addition, the analysis of the feasibility study of the floating structure building used in large-span structure was carried out. |
