As a novel energy storage and transmission technology, contactless electrical powertransfer technology transfers power through the electromagnetic field, and opens the doorto the separating, mobile and rotary powered field. The security, reliability and flexibilityof the system determine that it has a huge application potential.This paper researches some key technologies of contactless electrical power transfersystem. Then this paper introduces the structure and working principle of contactlesspower transfer system and establishes a loosely coupled transformer mutual inductancemodel, redesigns the transformer windings of loosely coupled transformer, substitutesPCB coils for wire coils.The compensation circuits in primary and secondary are the one of importantresearch contents system all the time in contactless electrical power transfer. If thesecondary side uses a fixed compensation circuit, the load variations will have an effect onthe overall efficiency of the system. To make the system remains larger transfer efficiency,this paper detailed research the impact of load on the compensation structure in secondaryside, comes to the efficiency boundary load, provides a basis which selects the appropriatecompensation structure for secondary side.In addition, the load variations may make the system occuring the frequencybifurcation phenomenon, which affects the stability of the system. In order to make thesystem stable and reliable operation, this paper analyses the causes of the frequencybifurcation, further researches the impact of load on the frequency stability, and comes tothe boundary load of frequency bifurcation. Taking into account the efficiency andfrequency stability, this paper comes to the load operation range, and optimizes theoperation of the system.This paper uses the frequency tracking control technology to control the entiresystem, briefly introduces to the core device CD4046 and UC3875 of control system.provides the system parameters design. Finally, this paper makes an prototype ofcontactless electrical power transmission system, verifies the correctness of theoretical analysis through the experimental data and waveforms.
