Non-contact charging technology is an emerging technology in power transmission,Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, It has the advantages of safe, reliableand flexible. In some special field it has showed a unique advantage,having greatapplication potential.High frequency link matrix converter has the advantages of higher power density, nointermediate storage link so the structure is more compact, large capacity and so on.Non-contact charging technology based on high-frequency link matrix converter isanalyzed in this paper. The modulation of matrix converter is adopted based on the newsector of new type space vector method. The working state of the switch tube and thequality of the output voltage waveform is improved. The matrix converter modeling isanalyzed and based on the principle of three-phase phase-locked loop unit power factorcontrol scheme is designed in this paper. So the network voltage current waveform isoptimized.Through the establishment of mutual inductance model of loosely coupledtransformer Analyzes on the advantages of the series and parallel compensation system isanalyzed in this paper. For its various performances and the optimization analysis are alsoanalyzed in detail in this paper. The experiments use PCB planar transformer instead theusually loosely coupled transformer, so the loosely coupled transformer couplingcoefficient is increased and the transmission efficiency of system energy is improved.In addition, the load changes will affect the stability of the system, thus thefrequency bifurcation phenomenon will happen. In this paper, by analyzing the reason offrequency bifurcation phenomen on the solution is deduced. In view of the system inpractical work, such as temperature, load, parasitic parameters changes will cause thechange of resonance frequency. The frequency tracking control technology is adopted inthis paper. The working frequency is controlled on real-time. Making the system voltagephase is consistent with the current phase of transformer primary side. So the system isalways in a state of stable and efficient. Finally, through the chip CD4046and UC3875the experimental platform is built andthe non-contact charging experiment is verified.
