Now,the development of airship has become a common trend in the world.FlightControl System is an important part in the solar airship,to responsible for the Controland Management of the flight effectively. Solar Cell can provide the energy to maintainthe flight of the airship,in addition, yet forever provided by the clean energy.Flight Control System of airship includes three parts: Flight Control ComputerSystem, Sensors Subsystem and Actuators Subsystem.The core of the Flight ControlComputer Subsystem is TMS320F2812which is produced by TI company.and withSRAM、FLASH memory and power.The memory can save the important data of sensor,Sensor Subsystem include DGPS、altimeter、ultrasonic sensors、Strapdown InertialNavigation System、temperature and pressure sensors and so on.The flight controlcomputer system can analyse and processing the data of the sensor,to control theattitude and state of airship.The actuators is steering gear of servo motor,to analyse theprinciple of the servo,and to realize the driving circuit and the autocontrol of the servomotor effectively.Because of the particularity of the airship,atmospheric turbulence and static lift canaffect the flight characteristics of the airship,so the static lift and atmospheric turbulenceis an important aspect also.There is a relationship between the temperature、flightaltitude、atmospheric pressure and the static lift,the approximate linear decreasingrelations along with the pressure altitude variation,but not the altitude,the approximatelinear increasing relations of the tatic lift change along with the volume of theairship.This is the focus of research, to control the flying attitude of theairship.Atmospheric turbulence mainly is the study of the formation of the atmosphericturbulence and the model of the atmospheric turbulence, and the atmospheric turbulenceaffect the flight characteristics of the airship.Energy Management System is one of the important technology in the solar airship.The best to manage and distribute the energy in order to obtain the solarenergy.First,The paper introduce the energy management system of the solar airship andthe component of each other,and the relations between the component of the energymanagement system.Then, to analyse the model and the array of the solar cell, and thefactors of the solar energy. Finally, to manage and distribute the energy between thesolar cells and the lithium battery.
