It is very important to ensure the safety of high temperature component.Using high-powered material also can ensure the safety of power plant.T24is developed by Germany. It is ferrite steel for power plant. T24has good hightemperature oxidation resistance and creep strength in550℃. This paper made study onmanufacture process of station boiler, including welding process, cold and hot formingprocess, heat treatment. It has important meaning in quality and safety of station boilerThis paper made the study on welding process when manufacturing the station boiler.It mainly studied T24and its welding joints. Overall properties can be evaluated throughdifferent welding methods, different pre-heating temperature and different post weldingheat treatment. The overall properties determined reasonable welding process, pre-heatingtemperature and post weld heat treatment in different welding methods.This paper alsomade the study on bending process and swaging process when manufacturing the stationboiler. Overall properties can be evaluated through swaging tube, different bending tubeand different post forming heat treatment. The overall properties determined reasonablebending process, swaging process and post forming heat treatment. At the same time, itvalidated the related moulds on different machines.The studies stated that T24material has good welding performance. Pre-heat andpost heat treatment is necessary to ensure the welding quality. T24material has goodplasticity for both cold and hot process. We can got bends accord with standards usingexisting bending machines and moulds. The bends will keep the microcosmic structure asraw material. The results shows that bends bring to work hardening. Either annealingheat treatment or normalizing plus tempering heat treatment should be take to eliminatework hardening. |
