With the development of power system science and people’s living andproduction conditions, the capacity of power system has been improved. Digitalsubstation is being constructed based on IEC61850standard. At the same time, moreand more loads are used, which makes the power quality deteriorating, and seriouslyaffected normal operation of industry. Therefore, it’s becoming more and moreimportant to get precise real-time acquisitions of the power electronic transformerdata and have fast and efficient delivery in the power system. In this paper, researchand design of electronic transformer and synchronous acquisition system is conductedbased on requirements mentioned above.Firstly, the design of electronic transformer and synchronous acquisition systemtopology is put forward, which includes three major parts: the front-end signalconditioning part, digital signal acquisition and processing part and the synchronoussampling part is described in detail. In the signal conditioning part, the autherdesigned the amplifier、filter which is for anti-alizasing and digital integrator. To solvethe problem of choosing the intergral initial value, the paper proposed a method whichused the similarity of first order inertia link and intergral link, and choose a estimatedvalue by sine estimate method, and obtained a good effect in simulation. Secondly,the digital signal processing portion based on FPGA was designed, including FIFOmodule, CRC module, sampling controlling module and MAC module. Thirdly, thepaper focused on MU’s synchronization module, and proposed a new kind method ofgenerating high-precision sampling pulse by using the complementary of GPS andcrystal oscillator, which divided into the correct judgment of GPS, generatingsampling pulse, error correction and exception handling. The algorithm of remainderabsorption was used to complishment error equipatition. Finally, use the VHDLlanguage in Xilinx ISE platform to complete the module and integrated simulationexperiment.The design of digital signal processing module based on the FPGA, realized adigital electric measurements acquisition system with much more high speed andaccuracy. The synchronized method that proposed which can judge effectiveness ofGPS clock, send synchronous sampling pulse for channels of signal, and maintain ahigh degree of synchronicity when the input synchronous clock temporarily lost. Moreover, the method has great tolerance for errors. The design is a high precisiontechnology solution for synchronous collection system in electronic transformer.
