Electronic transformer is a kind of transformer used in smart power station.A large number of digital automation secondary equipments need to use electronic transformer to realize the collection of the primary side signal of the power grid.With the development of measurement and protection in the direction of intelligence and microcomputerization in smart power station,the increase in voltage levels and capacity of power systems and the continuous improvement of measurement and protection requirements,the application of new electronic transformers is crucial.However,problems such as poor response to electromagnetic transient signals have arisen in practical applications.At home and abroad,most of them are based on the detection methods of the accuracy and error analysis of standard electronic transformers.The transient response characteristics of electronic transformers are rarely measured,so a set of transient response characteristics of electronic transformers is designed.The measurement system is very important.This subject researched and designed an electronic voltage transformer transient response measurement system under the above background significance,including the research and design of the FT3 protocol converter and the upper computer interface of the LabView-based transient response measurement system.Firstly,the hardware circuit of the FT3 protocol converter is designed.The design of the FT3 hardware circuit board is completed through the chip selection comparison,circuit design and PCB board drawing.The design of the hardware circuit includes optical fiber communication module,Ethernet communication module,power supply module and JTAG module.Next is the software design of the FT3 protocol converter.The device adopts a modular design.This topic uses the method of establishing SOPC soft core and Nios II based on Quartus II in FPGA to realize the mutual conversion of software and hardware space.This includes the design of the FT3 framing module,Manchester code encoding module,CRC check module,FIFO storage module,Manchester code decoding module,and FT3 deframing module completed in Quartus II using Verilog-HDL language.It also includes the use of C language in The design of the W5500 network communication module completed under Nios II,and the simulation verification of each module was completed under the Modelsim and TCP debugging assistant.Secondly,combined with the characteristic requirements of the electronic transformer transient response measurement system,an automatic monitoring transient response measurement system based on LabView(VI)was designed.Under LabView,the network communication module,data analysis module,and data processingwere completed using G language.The design of the waveform display module.Finally,the system was built on site and the measurement of experimental data was completed.The reliability and stability of the design were verified by analyzing the relevant experimental data.Finally,the intelligentization of the transient response measurement system is realized,and the danger of operation in the actual work process is reduced.Through the analysis of simulation results,field experiments and test data,this subject Successfully designed an FT3 protocol converter that can adapt to different communication protocols,completing the reception,analysis and transmission rate of FT3 frame format data.To achieve the connection of the hardware link between the merging unit and the host computer.At the same time,the design and field test of the host computer interface of the transient response measurement system based on LabView were completed,and the connection with the FT3 protocol converter and oscilloscope,data processing analysis and waveform display were successfully achieved.The intelligent operation of monitoring integration is realized,the stability and reliability of the system are verified,and the design requirements are met.
