The flight vibration test data is concerned with the ambient excitation. The incomplete modalparameters under flight mode are then got from these test data. And the testing personnel usually usethese data to do the fault detection. And the dynamic analysis model cannot be created. Thus, researchon establishing an equal physical model for evaluation and analysis based on testing data andmeasuring points is of significance.This paper provides a dynamic analysis physical model, based on the above restrictions. Usingthe dynamics optimization design method, together with a certain optimization algorithm, an equalevaluation model of low order is built based on environmental test modal parameters. Then, the modelis evaluated using the consistency fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that themodel satisfies the given requirements and thus the method building this model is reasonable.Based on the method of dynamic load identification in frequency domain and the experimentalvibration response of the real structure, this analysis model is used to identify the location of vibrationsource load. The identification results had explained that this analysis method can be used.
