In recent years,due to the unrestricted exploitation of energy,the reserves of renewable energy on Earth are getting less and less,the contradictions of energy around the world are becoming more and more intense,and the environmental problems caused by the consumption of fossil fuels are gradually highlighted.Looking for new sustainable energy is imminent.Stirling thermal power generation is a new type of power generation equipment,the use of light and heat into electricity.In this paper,the traditional three Stirling light and heat power generation systems are studied,and a new type of disc-type Stirling light and heat power generation system is designed.There are two requirements for the structure of the power generation system: one is not under the action of 15 strong winds,and the other is not working with the Stirling machine resonance.The work of the whole article consists of three parts: the design of disc-type Stirling thermal power generation system,power system strength analysis and modal analysis,power system improvement and other structural design.The design of the disc-type Stirling Thermal Power System consists of a column,a disc holder,a lens,a control system and a Stirling machine installation system.In this paper,the wind load is calculated and calculated,and the average wind load and random wind load are obtained.Calculate the stress of the power generation system under its own weight,get the stress and displacement cloud under the self-weight,and improve the defective design site.The stress of the system under the action of wind load is further calculated,and the maximum wind resistance level is found to find out the design defects.Then,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the whole power generation system are analyzed,and the working frequency of the Stirling machine is compared.The resonance of the working system is analyzed,and the scheme of improving the vibration characteristics of the structure is put forward.Finally,the design strength of the advantages and disadvantages of the place to optimize,so that it can meet the design requirements,and designed for installation on the island foundation.Whether it is the structure of t he traditional power generation system or the structure of the power generation system designed in this paper,there is a problem that the structure is cumbersome and detrimental to the demolition and transportation,so it is innovatively designed and put forward for the windbreak structure Program.
