Foamed light-weight cement is a new type of filling material coming into civil engineering fieldin recent years, blowing agents is fully foamed by mechanical methods, mixed with water uniformly, and then through the pumping system of the foam machine to construct or mold form, finally becomesa new material with large number of closed pores. As foamed light-weight cement contains a largenumber of closed glial pores, its compressive strength is slightly less than that of dense material, butthe pores also can obstruct the crack propagation of impaction by dispersing the stress, so it has anexcellent performance in anti-impacting.Laboratory tests were conducted to extensively investigate properties of the foamed mixturelight-weight soil as follows:(1) Verification to the former by uniform design method and multivariate nonlinear regression andthe foamed light-weight cement optimal formula table, and mediated by adjusting an optimal formulaof foaming agent, foaming agent amount and the discovery of foamed light-weight cementcompressive strength of the linear relationship between the using of the foaming agent.(2) Through the impact test, we discovered when water cement ratio, sand ratio are fixed, therelationship between the impact properties of the foamed light-weight cement and the using of thefoaming agent.(3) This text verifies the excellent performance of the foamed light-weight cement by impacttests, and studies the influence of the foamed light-weight cement’s parameters of various aspects tothe settlement of the airport pavement. The influence of its elastic modulus increased10MPa isapproximately equal to density decreased100kg/m3. Pavement and subgrade’s settlement deformationis mainly product by the structure2~17.5m below the surface layer, the rest of the structure layer’sdeformation is very small.
