With the opening part of China’s low-altitude airspace to the general aviation industry, Generalaviation will develop rapidly and more people will have their own plane. Develop an advancedstructure for future aircraft that will be used for business and personal transportation is necessary. Tosupport safety related issues, test of composite structure and the simulation of it are conducted. Theenergy absorption behavior of composite structures should be identified before used in an aircraft. The data acquired from simulation will guide the development of concepts that improve aircraftvehicle crash response and behavior. A crash simulation was developed using the nonlinear, explicittransient dynamic computer code, MSC. Dytran. In this paper, simulation of an Impact Test of theAll-Composite AD200Aircraft was conducted. Under the rapid development of computer simulationmethods, the nonlinear FEA (finite element analysis) has been widely used as crashworthinessanalysis methods. Therefore, this paper studied several key issues of crashworthiness optimization of fuselagestructure by the transient nonlinear FEA technology in engineering background, The content is asfollows:Put forward the translated subtle materials of Crashworthiness Theory and Criteria of aircraft andanalyze the response of honeycomb structure under low to high velocity impact. The effects of with-foam (without-foam) structure under the subfloor were simulated by MSC.Dytran are investigated and compared. Different materials (Metal: Aluminum, Composite Material:Honeycomb sandwich structure), contact forces and energy absorption has been studied in the lowvelocity impact cases. Finally, this paper put forward two methods to achieve the purpose ofimproving the fuselage crashworthiness. The next work has been put forward. However, this paper is premature cause the very little timeof my school time; further study will be done in my further research.
