The modern industry control system is a large complex system, including computer,automation, communication, network, digital control technology.The development of distributedtechnology is swift. This paper will be of modern industrial control technology and networktechnology used in aero engine demo system.In the basis of a detailed study of commonly used technology of the current industrial control,this paper puts forward the aero engine demonstration system which is a kind of integratedmeasurement and control technology and network communication technology. In this paper, the basicprinciple of the serial communication technology and WINSOCK network communication technologyfor remote control and distributed communication is dissertated. Network communication part is usedin client server mode so as to realize the remote session. Control module of the system isprogrammable logic controller, it can control the inverter output frequency corresponding to the threealternating current to control motor speed. In the drive module, motor uses a mechanical way to makethe engine according to the corresponding speed. The measuring part is hardware modules based onthe MCU, including hardware circuit and software program of the speed measurement, judgement ofdirection of rotation, and the displacement measurement. It is testified that the design request ofsystem is achieved, which establish technical foundationt for aero engine teaching and testing.Because the mature network technology is used, realization of the remote experiment and teaching ishopeful. |
