As a major equipment in project construction, the excavator is played anextremely important role in industrial and civil building, transportation, waterconservancy power engineering, mine mining and military engineering construction. Inthe complex, bad and dangerous environment, due to the limited conditions, theoperator’s safety can’t get guaranteed or intervene inconveniently, these fields aredifficult to realize a manual operation. Remote control excavator performing complexand dangerous work to solve these problems instead of people is one of the most idealsolutions. Wireless remote control technology is reliable, safe and durable, the operatorwith remote operation can get rid of the bondage of traditional manual operation, savemanpower, operate safely, remote control show its incomparable advantages of theplaces of high temperature or harmful gas, dust industrial field, and the need foraccurate registration, loading and unloading of dangerous goods. The remote control isthe first step of robotic nanomanipulation excavator, it has an important meaning torealize its automatic working process.Based on consulting a large number of data and relevant literature, on the basis ofthe research and analysis of traditional hydraulic excavator’s hydraulic and controlsystem, this article put forward a new kind of electro-hydraulic proportional controlplan, design a new electro-hydraulic system contains the scale road valve andproportional control variable pump, make the whole working equipment of excavatorcontrol more convenient and flexible. Next, put the remote control system divided intothe user control terminal and the main control terminal, designed the user controlterminal based on MSP430and the main control terminal based on DSP, given theimplementation of modules including power module, signal acquisition module,communication module and wireless data transceiver module, and so on. And thencomplete control system programming with the support of related software. Finally, test the performance of the wireless remote control system in thelaboratory, the experimental results show that the system has a well stability and strongperformance of anti-interference, it has provide a kind of solution for the developmentand application of excavator’s close wireless remote control system.
