The Preliminary Study For Waterlogging Prevension Plan Of Zaozhuang Urban Built-up Areas

Stormwater drainage system of Zaozhuang residential areas is earlier, the runoffcoefficient and the catchment area are increasing with the expansion of built-up area andresidential area, the old drainage system can not meet the actual needs, resulting inwaterlogging.The paper puts forward the waterlogging prevention scheme and combined thenatural, social and economic situation as well as the waterlogging problems based onthe domestic and foreign experience for waterlogging prevention in waterloggingprevention planning, Chinese ancient drainage design philosophy, the scientific rainfallanalysis and drainage design theory. This paper explores Zaozhuang citynon-engineering measure of waterlogging prevention, waterlogging protection andmanagement system. Urban waterlogging control planning should pay attention to theprotection of the natural environment, strengthen the protection and utilization ofnatural resources, promote the harmonious development of human and thewaterlogging.In this paper, the following nine parts made up of complete and unifiedframework.The main contents as follows: introduction, domestic and foreign experienceof waterlogging control, literature review, engineering background, problems in urbanwaterlogging control, Zaozhuang city waterlogging control planning, waterloggingprotection measures, waterlogging management, conclusions and suggestions.First, second and third part of the paper are the foundation, research background,purpose and significance, researched the domestic and foreign experience and modern urban waterlogging control and drainage channel design theory are introduced. Fourth,the five and six part are the core of the thesis. Engineering background, the existingproblems and the new waterlogging control planning in Zaozhuang City, and theengineering and non-engineering measures of Zaozhuang urban waterlogging controlplanning are discussed aimed at resolving the city appear waterlogging problem,conserving water and protect the natural environment, promoting the sustainabledevelopment of man and nature. In seventh, the eight part, urban waterloggingprotection measures, and urban waterlogging management measures, and the directionof urban waterlogging control plan in the new period are explored. The ninth part is theconclusion and suggestion.
