During large construction accidents, the accident of human error is about65%atpresent, and because of human error, the collapses of the falsework become more andmore frequently in recent years. In order to cut down accidents, this paper takes thehuman error of formwork-supporting system during building construction as the mainobject, according to the site observation and the experimental research, this paperstudies on safety of falsework with consideration of human error and reliability index ofpole stability with consideration of human error. This paper systematically summarizessome research situation of human error in the building engineering at home and abroadin recent years, by the research of some project sites, the common human error isstatistically analyzed and arranged, simultaneously, the wall-thickness and outerdiameter of the steel tube and bolt tightening torque are selected to conduct a siteobservation and statistical analysis. The major contents of the work can be summarizedas follows.(1) This paper collects the collapses of the falsework in recent years, andsummarizes six main collapse modes which the accidents of the falsework have. Humanerrors of the accidents of the falsework are purposefully investigated in the constructionsite.The wall-thickness and outer diameter of the steel tube and bolt tightening torqueare selected to conduct a site observation, simultaneously, using MATLAB softwaremakes statistical dates analysis. The results show that the wall-thickness and outerdiameter of the steel tube and bolt tightening torque all obey normal distribution, theirmeans can be gat by the calculations. (2) According to statistics of human error in the investigation, the paper combinesa series of6m high full-scale experiment research which the research group carried outon the fastener-style tubular steel falsework system for construction, on the basis ofexperiments, the paper studies the single stem’s bearing capcacity when the step anddistance length of upright bars and bridging change. The bearing capcacity of thefalsework with consideration of human errors which contain that the sweeping staff andthe apical extension length set unreasonably, the step and distance length of upright barsare bigger, the wall-thickness of the steel tube is deficiency and the bridging setsunreasonably in upright planes, get the simulation analysis by ANSYS FEM, finally, thechange law of bearing capcacity of the falsework on human errors can get.(3) In order to study the effect of human errors on safety of the falsework, thepaper chooses JC method, the reliability index of pole stability with consideration ofhuman error can be gat and the reliability index is2.76, it illustrates that the effect ofhuman errors on safety of the falsework can not to be neglected.(4) This article makes some analysis of the reasons of the accidents by fish bonechart. The result shows that the reason of the accidents is human error. the paper usesAHP to analyse the influence factor of human error, it is named human factor, thehierarchy structure of human factors is established in the paper, combination weights ofall factors are calculated, consistency test successfully passed, evaluation index systemof human factors is established, it offers direction that construction units avoid humanerror.
