Industry of the building is one of the important pillar industries of our national economy. Especially infrastructure construction and real estate, is the lifeblood of the national economy even more, it is the focus that the masses of people pay close attention to. The building industry of our country is not still very ripe, exposes a lot of contradictions and drawbacks in practice. HRA is come from ergonomic educational circles at first, studied less in structure. On the basis of analysis the reason why the human error produces and mistake mode in construction, this paper according to the characteristics of current situation of construction in our country, divides the human error into two big classes 梒onscious human error and unconscious human error, and builds the model of conscious human error by game theory. Analyze every factor of that influencing the human error in construction; utilizes the engineering reliability research strategy and behaviorism reliability research strategy, builds individual, small-scale colony, and systematic reliability models separately. Signs people's interaction for the sake of fault between the results and cause, and analyze the reason why the human error produces in construction. Then calculates the susceptibility of human error to the reliability of structure with the analytic approach of trouble tree and combine with law of reliability of structure. Summarize the contents of all respects that the reliability data should include. At the last, proposes two kinds of investigate fnethod for the mistake data, summarize the reason why the human error happened and put forward the control measure.
