Research On The Manufacturing Change Management Technology And System For Machining Shop Based On MES

In real, because of the complexity, unpredictability of production environment,the manufacturing change which caused by the changes of product plan and productresource are ineluctable in shop.At present, workshop schedule adjustment is usually used to deal withmanufacturing change, and the management of manufacturing change is disordered.But it’s lack of consideration of other aspects of the workshop. So, how to considermanufacturing change systematically, effectually and scientifically, study the rationaltreatment of it become one of the most important problems in shop. Solve the problemsof manufacturing changes efficiently is good for increase of management level.A manufacturing change management method for machining shop base on MES ispresented in this paper, the management procedure is designed and the method isrealized.Firstly, the definition and the reasons of the manufacturing change is presented inthis paper, and the influence they affect to product is described. The existing methodwith the analysis of production characteristics of shop and the present situation ofmanufacturing change home and aboard are presented.Secondly, to solve the problems of manufacturing change in shop, amanufacturing change management method base on MES is presented in this paper.The processing models of manufacturing change are studied and designed in detail.However, base on dynamic event impact assessment, the dynamic schedulingwhich is the key technology in the model is studied in this paper. Hybrid dynamicscheduling which includes genetic algorithms and artificial adjustment is presented,and the dynamic event impact assessment model and artificial adjustment model weredesigned in detail.Finally, on the basis of above, the manufacturing change management subsystemof MES is developed by SQL2000and VB, and the verification of it is finished in onemachinery plant.
