| With the rapid and steady development of China’s construction projects,construction costs has become an important factor of control in the process of the construction.In the whole process of construction costs management,engineering change management has become increasingly high cost concern.Problems caused by the engineering change cost over budget has become a part of project management in a separate study.Engineering change in traditional construction projects mainly concentrated in the construction stage,but in recent years,the study of the engineering change range has expanded from construction stage to the whole process of construction projects,especially to the investment project and to the planning and design phase of change,which often has far-reaching impact on project cost.This thesis takes Joy Mansion project as a case,and takes the theory of project change management and control from the whole project team as a guide instruction.This Thesis has a systematic study on the engineering change factors of Joy Mansion project identification,classification,restructuring,management and control.First of all,through the literature analysis combined with a project example,the method of engineering change ranges of Joy Mansion project identification and classification.And then through the questionnaire method,a quantitative analysis of the questionnaire data,to identify the change in 39 control factors through different departments and different levels of employees focus,choose the change of the key factors for the cost impact is bigger.Finally,in combination with the practical situation of the project with the owner of the collaborative management methods,establish a scientific and feasible change control mode,changing the ideas of the front,using collaborative management platform build system of audit,form the whole process of the whole team control mode,according to the characteristics of different key factors change with different control method.Establishes on the change of control in the construction of Joy Mansion project is given plenty of exercise.In the end,compared with original projects,Joy Mansion project saves 5% on the cost,achieving transverse department coordinated control,longitudinal superior authority control,external audit of the three control of auxiliary control tube change cost control target. |
