Inductively Coupled Power Transfer(ICPT)is a new type of non-contact electricpower transmission technology, based on the principle of electromagnetic induction andcoupling, the comprehensive utilization of power conversion technology, magnetic fieldcoupling and high-power energy conversion technologies (including resonantconversion techniques and electromagnetic compatibility technology), with the help ofmodern control theory and strategies to achieve non-contact way of electrical equipmentto get power from the fixed grid by a new type of power transmission mode.It has beendeveloped rapidly for its safety, environmental protection, low maintenance, strongadaptability characteristics. In recent years, practical application of the ICPT technologymade many successful cases, demonstrate its broad application prospects.With the development of technology and practical applications’ need, Multi-loadICPT systems are given more and more attention. Due to the characteristics ofnon-contact and load’s randomness, Multi-load ICPT technology has a higher value oftheoretical research and practical applications. As an important application ofnon-contact power transmission technology, multi-load ICPT system is still needs moredepth study. Because there are already results of applications and research about singleload ICPT, these results plays a certain amount of groundwork and guiding role on themulti-load ICPT system. However, due to the differences of structure between singleload and multi-load ICPT system, it can’t be more in-depth guide to multi-load ICPTsystem of theoretical study and practical application.In this paper, mainly focuses on frequency stabilization technology of multi-loadICPT system. Firstly, paper introduces the principle and research status of multi-loadICPT system and the problems and defects, and the research meaning and purpose ofissue. Second, it proposes an analysis method of the frequency stability multi-load ICPTsystem, summary the law of the system’ operating frequency with the load changes bythis method. Then, based on the existing research, for the frequency stability of thesystem, we start from two aspects of the topology and the control strategy. Theadvantages and disadvantages of these strategies are analyzed theoretically.In order to verify the correctness of the theory research, in paper, we carry out aseries of simulation of multi-load ICPT system model and control method with the aidof Simulink. The simulation results show the control method can realize the control effect. This research laid the foundation of follow-up study.Finally, the paper carries out a series of experiments of multi-load ICPT systembased on the existing conditions and the front research. By building the hardwareexperimental circuit, the experiment results show that the subject research has verygood effect, which can be applied to the actual design of multi-load ICPT system.
