Nowadays,as the developing of the ship manufacturing, the Transformation of shippinginformation is fast, the key technology is Navigation technology. Nowadays the GPS is widely usedin every ship Navigation system. As the Ship Navigation system has the most important role in theright sailing and safety sailing of the ship, it has the specially high demands to the accurate andStability. The single Satellite Navigation can not meet for performance. Combined Navigationsystem can make the Shortcomings of less accurate and stability, it can be the development trend ofFront-end navigation and positioning system modules. As the technology developing trend of thenavigation performance, the integrated level is much higher, the trend of the Integration system andgeneral application including navigation, Mobile communications, The wayside where shadowchases has appeared. The new developing technology is into navigation system, Such as Electronicchart technology, the expert system with smart auto navigation. Adopting dual-core processing unitwith high capability to build ship navigation system is good for improving navigation automation,meeting the developing trend of whole-ship automation. Through integration technology andincreasing the integration control ability of new system, can meet the demand of the technologyintegration in future, and accelerate the procedure of the whole- ship automation.This paper study the GPS and Beidou system, represented by the composition of the globalpositioning system and principles, were based on a combination of GPS and Beidou navigationinformation fusion technology and GPS / magnetic navigation has been studied. Papers on thesubject of the second half of the core OMAP3530 processor used in the internal structure, dual-corecommunications technology, based on the architecture of software development technology fordeep-level research, integrated navigation information for the ship platform integration and therealization of functions from Outlook a critical role.The subject of integrated design of a ship navigation system, the core of the system controllerby the OMAP dual-core processor expansion peripheral interface board and video capture daughterboard, whose location information from the GPS and Beidou system combination , in addition tothe use of Linux systems V4L CCD camera to achieve technology-driven vessels in waters nearvideo acquisition and display functions. QT embedded technology design and use the navigationgraphical interface to achieve a good human-computer interaction, with good market prospects.
