Fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment not only cancels the deck joints, but also road joints.Main girder, approach slab and approach pavement is closely connected,the expansion deformation of beam body by absorbed reinforced approach pavement.Comparing with the same category overseas jointless bridges,the new type bridge has more reasonable structure, more simple and convenient construction, better use effect, and wide applicability etc. The main work in this paper is described as follows:(1) Introduces the technology of jointless bridges at home and abroad. This paper expounds the special structure form and main component settings of fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment.(2) The effects on structure such as temperature effect,beam body shrink and creep ,dry shrinkage and Wet shrinkage of Wiring pavement is Analyzed .According to the stress and deformation mechanism about fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment,the calculation formulas for applocable length of the seamless bridge is derived,and the limit length is calculated for different temperature area,and the factors affecting jointless bridge adaptability are analyzed.(3)Constitution design and construction method of fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment are analyzed,by combining domestic or oversea advanced design theory and several successful construction experience of jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment.This paple studies the force and deformation of elastic foundation approach slab of jointless bridge, and the flexing equation and stress calculation formula of approach slab under vertical loads is derived.According to the structure and design characteristics of fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment,this paper emphatically analyzes the structure form of approach slab and reinforced apporach pavement ,for the design and construction of real bridge to provide a reference.(4) Fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment is from optimization design of conventional abutment bridge-hekou middle bridge. Not only bridge at both ends has no expansion, but also pavement has no joints.Comparing with the same category jointless bridge, this optimization design makes the forcing and deformation performance of structure and soil behind the abutment simplify, difficulty of construction lower, feasibility of project boost up consumedly. And the same time, this bridge is observated and tested about a year, and the test results is analysised, it provides theory and experience for further research on fully jointless bridge-approach system with semi-integral abutment.
