The bridge needed to set joints to meet the requirements of temperature deformations. But with centralized structure deformation, external environmental erosion and vehicle load bringing anbout repeated shock effect. Deck seams was to be most easily damage parts. Others, the problem of Bumping at Bridge-head, long-term maintenance, Periodic Replacement has been the common faults at home and aboard.To solve the question, we use a new bridge design called jointless bridge — the jointless bridge is a pre-cutting pavement. The pavement connects main girder,approach slab and bridge together without any joints. At ambient temperature cycling effect, the deformation of bridge is mainly to be absorbed by approach pavement and be limited by anchor beams. This paper main focuses on the mechanical performance analysis of pavement. On the basis of theoretical analysis, Propose new ways to optimize reinforcement and anchorage ground beam design content, through the measured data to further validate the test bridge theory. The main contents are as follows:(1) The paper summarizes pavement reinforcement design method under the action of temperature drops, on the basis of the existing pavement reinforcement design, and put forward a new way of reinforcement design. The reinforcement design will give full play to the tension of the reinforcement effect, more conducive to the road surface crack to absorb bridge deformation. In this paper, through theoretical derivation formula and the establishment of corresponding reinforcement design automation calculation program to calculation reasonable pavement length.(2) For temperature effect, under the condition of the limit on the anchor beam displacement, the stress of the approach pavement mechanism analysis and the deformation characteristics, a mechanical calculation model of the approach pavement.The pavement analytic solution of the stress and displacement is deduced and analyzed the important parameters for the influence of pavement design, also automatic calculation by the computer program.(3) Under temperature effect, the anchor is in the most unfavorable loading state,combined with the analysis results of pervious chapter. Select the suitable type of anchor, Anasys the stress mechanism of anchor and get the relationship to the beam displacement and force the anchor, modeling and analysis of anchorage ground beamtheory and the results of finite element difference, at last we give the anchor the design method.(4) Co MPared with the measured data of relying on the test bridge, verify the feasibility of the theoretical derivation results. From the results of the co MParison, a calculation about jointless bridge. Approach pavement reinforcement should be safe,the research provides a basis for approach pavement and anchoring the design, perfect seamless bridge connection of pavement design content.
