Accompanied with the rapid progress and development of the modern warfare concept,especially the required“Disengagement, Long-range Strike”combat capability in the modernasymmetric warfare. That led to the features that low accuracy and near range of thetraditional artillery began to show up. It has been unable to fit the requirements of modernwarfare, therefore, the guided projectile born. The guided projectile combines the advantagesof conventional artillery and missile, which can be launched by the platform of conventionalartillery. With the reason that it is combination of the common ammunition and the high-techmilitary technology, the studying of the guided projectile has become the inevitable trend ofweapons development.The main work of this paper is design and preliminary study on guided projectileterminal correction system, with the background of a guided projectile pre-study project. Theresearch contents include the onboard computer hardware and software design, the ballisticsimulation technology and the pulse engine ignition control circuit design. In the paper, itgives a space movement equation of the guided projectile with the analysis of projectile flightforce and coordinate system. Then, pulse correction force model was proposed and accordingto the actual situation we made some correlation suppositions. Finally, we established andsimulated the simple control pulse correction ballistic model. Through the analysis of thesumulation curve, it determined the correctness of the model. It has certain application value.According to trajectory correction system features and functions to be achieved,hardware circuits which select TMS320F28335 as controller chips are designed in this paper,including DSP control circuit, the voltage conversion circuit, the system clock circuit, theserial communication circuit, and then software algorithms controlled each part of hardwarecircuit was researched. That has laid the foundation for deep research of the guided artilleryshells Terminal Correction system.
