Study The Loop Simulation Debugging Platform For Diesel Engine Control System

The remote control system is a remote control device which controls the main engine in the central control room or Bridge and away from the machine side with automatic control device. It has been an indispensable part of the specification of "no man’s cabin" by the world’s leading shipbuilding countries and the classification society. This article describes simulation and test platform whose core is the programmable logic controller. And It can been used for simulating and testing the remote control system.The main contents researched in this paper are as follows:First, the Platform hard ware is designed. Including the design of the local control console, the design of the centralized control console, the design of the bridge console, the design of the telegraph and the S7-300PLC selection. And this paper describes the components and characteristics of the platform in the hardware design process.Second, the communication network for the simulation platform is designed. The main two communication forms are applied in the platform. First it is the PROFIBUS-DP field-bus form which is mainly used for communication between distributed PLC modules. Second, it is the Ethernet communication which is mainly used for communication between computer and PLC. And this paper describes how to realize the two means of communication thoroughly.Third, this paper establishes the mathematical model of the four-stroke diesel engine, the mathematical model of the gear box and the mathematical model of the controllable pitch propeller respectively according to the actual control object in the case of no practical propulsion. And this paper simulates and tests the remote control simulation in accordance with the mathematical model.Forth, this paper develop the simulation and test software by the Visual Studio.NET which is consist of the main display interface, the ME control interface and the alarm display interface and so on.The platform has high practical significance in developing the remote control system product. And the simulation test platform can easily complete the pre-commissioning and inspection of the remote control device at the production site that shorten shipment debug time and expense.
