| With the continuous development of motor drive technology and modern control theory,not only the motor has been widely used in modern production,but also the application of linear motion law to practical engineering has become an important issue in the field of control.To be sure,for a long time to come,motor and linear motion control technologies will continue to influence human production and lifestyles.Although the rapid development of science and technology today,a variety of new test systems at home and abroad,new test techniques continue to emerge,but there are still many deficiencies in the test of the main parameters of the motor and the characteristics of the test at home and abroad.They exist a single test system,test program is simple and test the problem of low precision.So far,there is not a test platform simulating the law of linear motion at home and abroad,so it is very important to develop and research this kind of test platform.This paper is based on the comparison of motor testing platform between home between abroad.Combined with the relevant theoretical courses of higher education institutions in our country.Developed a motor characteristics and movement rules of the simulation test platform based on QT and PLC.The platform includes many kinds of motor intelligent test system and a variety of linear motion simulation test system,contain 26 experiments projects.It can intelligently test the main technical indicators and characteristics of the three major types of motors,also can test eight common rules of linear motion and custom linear motion simulation,three types of motors include DC servo motors,three-phase asynchronous motors and stepper motors.This paper mainly introduces the development and application of a simulation test platform of motor characteristics and movement rules.The design platform adopt MITSUBISHI FX3 GA type PLC,controlling the operation of the motor and load control,and the QT programming tool is used to develop the PC software interface realizing the linear movement of the implementation of control and precision control,PC platform using common computer,realize the detection and monitoring of the entire process.PLC and PC platform to complete the communication,PLC implementation of PC commands.For many kind of motor intelligent test system,through the control of the motor tested,collected the main characteristics parameters in the process of motor movement,realize the real-time monitoring,as well as the plot of the typical characteristics of torque ripple and speed characteristic curve.For a variety of linear motion simulation test system,linear motion unit are the main control object in the experiment,by controlling the stepping motor to realize the linear motion of the work piece,real-time detection displacement,velocity and acceleration and so on,comprehensive analysis of movement characteristics under different linear motion.After experimental test,the purpose of simulating the parameters of motor parameters and kinematics parameters is achieved,which is the great significance to teaching research and practical engineering. |
