With the rapid development of global economy, regional trade more frequently in recent years, the world shipping industry ongoing development and grow. However, along with the marine vessel and facilities increasing, the malpractices also increase prominently. More and more oil spill accidents have been caused by a lot of marine vessel and facilities. One of the more focus global marine pollution is marine oil spilling. Accordingly, it is particularly important to strengthen the prevention and post-processing work against marine oil spilling. Oil booms are usually used to prevent diffusion, recycling oil spilling at sea. It plays inestimable role especially in the recovery and disposition of the marine oil spilling process, as reducing the impacton environment and ecology.The following work has been done in this paper:establishing numerical wave pool; wave making with the method of pushing board; establishing numerical physic model of oil boom; carring out3d numerical wave making method; bring forth a imitational physic structure to cut out the numerical wave and got a good effect; analysis the impact of water velocity and oil density to oil boom working performance; etc.Specific researches are conducted on the effect of blocking oil when we studying different type of oil booms. Simulation about the effects of wind、water velocity、oil density and different structures are given in this paper. In view of the different sea conditions, this paper provided a evidence to chose different structure oil fence optimization selection.
