In recent years, as the state has increased infrastructure investment in highwayconstruction in China,it’s ushering in a golden opportunity. But the bridge as animportant part in the highway was an accident-prone, it exposed some of the problemsin the engineering decision-making and construction quality, and highlights theimportance of the bridge of construction quality control. Continuous Rigid-Framebridge is more and more widely used in highway construction as it has long span,driving comfortably, it is easy to conserver and low cost. As the span increasing,many scholars have studied the construction controlling of Continuous Rigid-Framebridge from the technical aspects. Standing on the point of view of the constructionunit, this thesis is to study the quality control of the construction phase of this bridgetype from the direction of the project management,Based on the quality control in construction stage of continuous rigid frameBridge as the research object, first of all,it analysied the characteristics of continuousrigid frame Bridge, the basic concept of the quality control,the forming process ofengineering quality, PDCA cycle and related theory; Second, considering the fivemain influence factors of quality in construction projects, it analyzed the variousstages of the influence factors and the construction quality control measuresaccording to the characteristics of the preparatory stage、the construction process andaccepting phase from the point of view of system engineering. It set up hierarchicalanalysis model of quality control in construction stage of continuous rigid frameBridge,and the extension theory had been introduced into quality control inconstruction phase of continuous rigid frame bridge to evaluate the quality controllevel of construction phase.this paper verified the extension theory applicability andaccuracy in the evaluation of quality controlCombined with BaiDa bridge as a Project background, PDCA theory was appliedin all phases of construction management, quality of key processes werecontrolled.Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the extenics theory was applied inthe project construction stage in the evaluation of the quality control level, andcompared with engineering quality, it proved that the method in this paper wasscientific,reasonable and advanced.
