In recent years, with the enhancement of scientific and technological strength, thedomestic construction personnel quality, and continuous improvement of the level ofconstruction equipment, the transportation industry has entered a rapid development period.Continuous rigid frame bridge as a long-span bridge, with its easy construction, goodcontinuity, and the economical advantages, can be widely applied in the field of bridge. Dueto continuous rigid frame bridge adopting multi-cantilever casting construction and its longconstruction period, in order to ensure a bridge quality and meet the needs of structureinternal forces and linear during the construction phase and finished stage, we must do a goodjob monitoring in the construction stageThis paper outline the historical development of prestress concrete continuous rigidframe bridge and the merits of structural mechanics,describing construction control method inthe construction,determining the factors of the affecting construction control.Combining theconstruction process of a continuous rigid-frame bridge in Guang Dong province, as well asChinese bridge construction specifications and the actual level of construction technology inconstruction,we should consider the error in cantilever casting in categories.According to thefield data and comparison with similar projects to determine the parameters of the error range,analyzed each case the influence of the construction error. During the stage of cantileverpouring construction, the error parameter sensitivity analysis of the structure. Drawconclusions about,in these conditions of Beams overweight, less tensioned prestressed,asymmetric stretching, single pier beam segment in advance of construction and temperaturechanges, structure weight, prestressed, temperature and shrinkage and creep of concrete is thestructure parameters have a greater impact.The results based on the error parameter sensitivity analysis, use Midas Civil finiteelement analysis software to calculate and analyze, adjusted according to the actual situationof the construction parameters of the construction, develop appropriate solutions for linearand stress monitoring. Appear on the actual construction of the error condition, combined theresults of error parameter sensitivity analysis and the grey system theory for template elevation correction, and achieved good results.
