The Cable-stayed bridge is the beam system combining a cable with a tower anda beam,which belongs to the statically indeterminate structure。It makes thecable-stayes bridge become more and more important in The large span bridgeconstruction。Because of its unique structure, beautiful appearance, economical cost,and the diversification of the form of cable tower。Up to now,the construction controlresearch has been studied extensively, there is a still risk in reality. MaanshanChangjiang River Highway Bridge as the project background, the paper discusses theconstruction control research. Accordingly the contents of this thesis include fourparts as follows.(1) On the basis of Ma’anshan changjiang river highway bridge is a cable-stayedbridge structure, Use of cable-stayed bridge reasonable bridge state and the reasonableconstruction state at the same time determining method the basic idea of this methodare:Give the control parameters set into the bridge state expectations or allow theexpected range, use of dead load balance method the beginning of intended staycables Initial Tension, The preparation of construction process based on thepredetermined construction and cable tension to consider the construction process toestablish the finite element model, Make the construction conditions ofthe bridge internal force state to meet the design requirements, according to stepon the results as a basis for considering the live load and the structural characteristicsof arch tower cable-stayed bridge carrie into the adjustment of the bridge state, makeit meet expectations or within the scope of in the construction phase and operationalphase of the control parameters, to determine the status of a reasonable bridge stateand reasonable construction of state.(2) On the basis of cable-stayed Bridge Cable tower structure and constructionfeatures,establish the finite element model of the cable towe and the cable towerconstruction stage of the simulation analysis, put forward the arch tower constructionprocess to determine the horizontal support position and horizontal support such anengine size method,using this method to determine the arch tower construction processin lateral brace position and horizontal support such an engine size, proved thefeasibility of this method. According to the arch towers cable-stayed bridgeconstruction control cable tower of some important parameters are calculated, thecable tower are determined in the construction control of the main parameters of the method, and based on the actual situation of the construction control parameters aregiven the correction. The conclusion after for large span cable-stayed bridge of thecable tower design and construction to provide the reference.(3) According to Ma’anshan changjiang river highway bridge girder constructionof the hanging basket, identifies main structure and hanging basket for control ofconstruction safety conditions among reasonable hanger forces. The first according tostructure characteristics and stress hanging basket, determine the lasso cable forceamong the allowed scope, take again the average of the limits and the generationmodels being installed calculation, and according to the main stress conditions inferiorto adjust the cable force, make inferior to the main stress is reasonable, then sure cableforce value of final value. The conclusion of the cable-stayed bridge for constructionto provide the reference.(4) For arch bridge tower for error, the dead weight stay creep and shrinkage ofconcrete beams, tower, the stiffness of cable force error and tension error, and manyother aspects of the parameter sensitivity analysis, find out the construction process ofthe main parameters, the conclusion of the cable-stayed bridge construction to providefor certain reference value.
