Nowadays, with the rapid development of the construction industry, our countryland resources in the face of the grim situation, and the construction waste increasedunprecedented, in such circumstances, to realize the sustainable development of theconstruction industry, with low carbon, the energy conservation and theenvironmental protection of recycled concrete porous brick and so on the new wallmaterials of the sintering arises at the historic moment. But, these are not like thetraditional sintered brick masonry which is tested by thousands of years history, andits durability is not understood much. In view of the particularity of the renewableaggregate concrete, therefore, it is necessary to research on durability of recycledaggregate concrete porous brick, to build the durability of the evaluation system ofrecycled aggregate concrete porous brick provide reliable basis for the test, it ispractical significance to the recycled aggregate concrete porous brick promotion andapplication.This article through to the different proportion of recycled concrete porous brickon the frost resistance, water resistance and carbonation properties test, study therelations between softening coefficient, carbide brick coefficient, freeze-thaw massloss and strength after loss rate respectively and rubble proportion, fine aggregateproportion, water absorption and the compressive strength, so as to optimize thedurability good recycled concrete porous brick ratio.At the same time, to ensure the regeneration of the durability of the concreteporous brick of request, recycled concrete porous brick ,autoclaved suggested brick,autoclaved fly ash porous brick, autoclave coal fly ash brick and sintering confinedshale brick were contrast tested of water resistance and freeze resistance, and putforward three factors of the quality bibulous rate, the compressive strength andfreeze-thaw cycles to express the sintered frost resistance evaluation index.Through the establishment of the strength of the brick loss rate and mass lossrespectively with the quality bibulous rate, the compressive strength and freeze-thawcycles relationships as frost resistance indicators to measure the brick frost resistance,and the quality of the brick and bibulous rate of the ratio of the compressive strengthto determine the different regions of the brick frost resistance performance, so as tosimplify the frost resistance test process, for the durability of brick masonry structuredesign of the proposed new method.
