With the rapid development of the power grid, It’s the Inevitable choice thatconstruction the unattended substation and set control station of the powernetwork operation, management, production. To guarantee the unattendedsubstation operation stability and reliability, It’s very important that timely andeffectively ruled out electrical substation equipment operation fault. Previousdiagnosis substation electric equipment malfunctions are scheduled to themaintenance of the cycle through artificial substation of equipment to the patroland check, but this method has not timely, accuracy, low safety factor of lowshortcomings, and at present in the unattended substation already in use of thecomputer monitoring and control system of (remote communication, the remote,etc) is mainly aimed at the transformer substation control and management, notapplied to electrical equipment fault diagnosis field.In order to solve the above problems, This paper research and developmenton the unattended substation electrical equipment intelligent monitoring systemthrough the study of the theory of the large, and combined with the unattendedsubstation operation characteristics. The system is monitoring electricalequipment audio and video by collecting electrical equipment operation voice andimage information, and reflect theunusual situation of equipment to set control station running the officer on duty inthe first time. The system can effectively diagnosed equipment fault state,promptly eliminate equipment safety hazard.This paper puts forward the unattended substation electrical equipmentintelligent monitoring system design scheme by unattended substation based onthe field investigation and the early theory research, and mainly introduces theunattended substation electrical equipment intelligence supervisory systemhardware design process and the software development process. Hardware designpart mainly in each module circuit diagram and its function of hardware thedetailed introduction, and expounds the specific way of working; Software partmainly through the software flow chart of the function of each module of softwareand implementation methods do a deep and detailed introduction. At last, thepaper introduces the the unattended substation electrical equipment intelligent monitoring system of the trial run, and introduces its subsequent video monitordevelopment program and discussed the prospect of application.The results of the study show that the unattended substation electricalequipment intelligent monitoring system with intelligent, strong anti-interference,failure diagnosis accurately, and many other advantages, greatly improve theunattended substation operation efficiency.
