With the continuous improvement of the comprehensive overhaul and maintenance of substation,the class meeting before the temporary shutdown of substation has been unable to meet the requirements of multi team,multi professional cooperation.This paper aims to research and develop a substation maintenance integrated control system based on virtual reality by combined use of three dimensional modeling technology,virtual reality technology,remote video capture technology and UWB positioning technology.This system realizes the functions of substation maintenance control simulation and advance dispatched simulation,which can help maintenance personnel conveniently complete the professional and grouped collaborative tabletop exercise in the Virtual Substation.It can also realize the remote monitoring and early warning control the maintenance process,including remote safety supervision and remote technical support,based on the integration and substation maintenance intelligent individual device with network function,and the device for field information acquisition means.When maintenance is completed,the system can be used to playback the process of maintenance,which could be the facts for discussion and analysis of the maintenance process,in order to optimize maintenance plan,and provide the experienced playback analysis for next maintenance.In addition,the system also provide professional and specifically training function for primary staff about the substation maintenance,which could help staff grasp the substation maintenance control skills as soon as possible.The establishment of high technology to achieve the simulation of substation maintenance scene in accordance with the proportion of 1:1,the distributed virtual reality control based on 3D scene annotation work area and dangerous point,realize 3D simulation through maintenance control;coordinate matching combined with TDOA measurement technology of three dimensional scene and the reality of the combination of personnel positioning to achieve on-site staff position,at the same time through early warning;video capture helmet collect audio and video information,video and voice communication and command center,remote interrogation becomes emergency electrical maintenance site.This system is demonstrated through 3D simulation platform,aiming to achieve accurate positioning,convenient control,vivid display,warning the overall objective,according to the risk information warning site in the form of the voice based on off-line speech synthesis.The application of this system can improve the monitoring efficiency,reduce the incidence of site maintenance accidents,and greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance work.
