Tensioned cable-membrane structural is composed by stretching cable tensioned membrane and other flexible structure. Because of tensioned cable-membrane structure has large span and complex construction, rational construction scheme can reduce construction difficulty. At the same time different method of construction may have affect to the stress states of the whole structural. In all, rational construction scheme has relationship with design and construction. After forming, the structural must satisfy the elastic carrying capacity for normal use phase and the elastic-plastic carrying capacity for abnormal load. In order to satisfy the safety of the structural, we have to simulate the shape forming process and loading process after construction finished. This paper based on theory engineering, use stadium at Pan Jin city as research object and simulate the shape forming process and loading process after construction finished from following aspects:First, detailed analysis were did about large span prestressed construction process, according to practical condition of engineering, single out the method to application the pre-stress by rise many cable.Secondly, simulation the tension process about cable and membrane by using finite element software. In the simulation of construction process of cable, we got the best contraction scheme by comparing different schemes. In the simulation of construction process of membrane, we got the and displacement inner force of cable by apply temperature load to simulate stress field of membrane.Thirdly, we analysis the forced state and got the influence degree in different load case based on structure after construction. Make modal analysis of structural and got the influence of membrane to the structural. Make single nonlinear and double nonlinear analysis of structural, got the law of elastic-plastic development. Make double nonlinear analysis of structural by change the initial prestressed state,got the influence about prestressed state and put forward advise for the prestress.The analysis shows that the peak value of some cable will appear in construction procedure and all construction process can achieve the design goal. The pre-stressed membrane has big influence to the rigidity and the overall shape. The structure is sensitive to change of temperature. In the large loads smaller and larger stiffness cantilever parts easily damaged sling, membrane generally will not damage.
