Study Of Rapid Construction Technique And Mechanical Equipment Coordination For Long And Large Tunnel In Plateau

With the increasing of railway long tunnels, the rapid construction is being paid more attention. As the construction of tunnels is the key to the whole railway line and the period is very long, it always affects the overall progress of the project. So, achieving the rapid construction of tunnel is significant. Based on engineering research, field test and theoretical analysis, the factors influencing rapid construction are discussed in particular and the methods of rapid construction for long and large tunnel in plateau are summarized.The works carried out in this paper are as follows:(1) Based on engineering research, the factors that affect the rapid construction of the tunnel are summarized. However, the factors for long and large tunnel in plateau are very complex, in which the efficiency of worker and machine in plateau condition, the efficiency of construction process and construction in unfavorable geological condition are considered in this paper.(2) Through the analysis of construction process on each line, we found that drilling is the key link of the whole line, which need to be taken seriously. So we optimize the time-wasted procedure, through analyzing each working procedure in the whole line.(3) Experiments not only verify that the non-turbocharged diesel engine’s fuel consumption increases with the altitude increasing, and verifie taht its rated power will discount to a certain extent with the altitude increasing. Finally, according to the experimental results of the diesel generators in Beijing, Xining and Guanjiao it can basically be inferred that with the load of diesel generators increasing, diesel generator fuel consumption increassing coefficient also increases. Therefore, the idea of the "Big horse pull a small cart" shoud be considered in plateau consruction.(4) This paper figures out The North Pennines cars loaders and excavators’s relationship between one-shift per month and fuel consumption in Guanjiao tunnel. This leaves a valuable information for the plateau tunnel construction.This paper figures out the money when The North Pennines cars mucking ten cubic meters of soil using0#diesel or-35#diesel.As we can see, The North Pennines cars are the most economical when using0#diesel. (5) This paper does a preliminary design on the reverse drainage to3#inclined Shaft and4#incined Shaft and the corresponding pump equipment scheme and the reasonable power supply system.3#and4#I nclined Shaft repeatedly occurred the Flooding accident in the actual construction. According to the survey and experiments, the cause of heavey water flow is found and the reverse drainage system is adjusted timely.
