This paper based on the windows drenching water type heat insulation device, working on the heat insulation comparison of characteristics of experiment research under different conditions, founding out the pouring water device and insulating performance changing rule under different working conditions, obtaining the heat insulation characteristic parameters and energy consumption indicators, providing for the experiment basis of engineering application of drenching water type heat insulation device.This experiment system contains environmental control hot and cold box, simulation windows and stent, pouring water device and performance parameters experiment collection system etc. Environmental control of hot and cold box mainly used for simulation of the different cold and hot environment, drenching water device contains pump, cistern, flowmeter,shower nozzle, nozzle jet and pipeline system, used for simulating different pouring water condition; The acquisition system used for collecting parameters of related temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, the solar radiation intensity, flooding velocity, heat flux performance parameters and so on. Trials are divided into the natural environment and laboratory control environment conditions two kinds of circumstances, by the use of the shower nozzle and nozzle jet simulating various flow and temperature, carrying out the device system research of setting pouring water conditions of heat insulation properties.The research results and conclusions for the following:(1) The energy conservation of drenching water relative to without pouring water condition is less,which is under the analysis of natural conditions, the greater the water flow,the more energy conservation effected,the power consumption of shower nozzle relate to without pouring water condition saving0.34kW·h, relative energy saving ratio is9.19,which sets the environmental of cold box ten temperature;(2)The power consumption is small while nozzle jet relate to shower nozzle pouring under natural condition,the outdoor test pouring condition and the setting of cold box twenty-five temperature,which control600L/h pouring water condition,the biggest difference between nozzle jet relative to shower nozzle is the power consumption the difference of0.16kW·h, relative energy saving rate of4.68%under the set environmental of cold box fifteen temperature condition;(3)The more energy pass out that drenching water condition as opposed to without water pouring condition,which is under the performance of heat insulation under the control of laboratory condition,the heat insulation energy-saving from the flip side of the argument of drenching water condition as opposed to withour water pouring condition,the power consumption is bigger when setting environmental temperature under laboratory conditions of intdoor test, the power consumption is1.48kW·h, relative energy saving ratio is50.34,of which setting the temperature is forty;(4) Setting different water flow under the condition of different temperature,the air shower temperature is lower while pouring water as opposed to without water pouring condition, with a maximum temperature difference of14.1temperature,when cold box set at600L/h water flowing related to drenching water condition.
