With the rapid development of science and economic,Force value measurement isbecoming more and more important。Using the gravity of the weight as the standardload,according to a predetermined sequence through the appropriate body,Deadweight force standard machine(DWM)directly applied the load automatically andstably to the checking dynamometer (or weighing sensor).Because of the simpleloading process and the small interference from outside,it has the highest force valueaccuracy in all force measurement device,which is becoming the benchmark for thehighest standards in force measurement.This paper’s research object is1MN DeadWeight ForceStandard Machine that is the largest in our domestic currently. It has anin-depth analysis and research of Mechanical properties of the force standardmachine’s primary structure and the whole machine,identify the deformation of thevarious conditions of the force standard machine and large pieces of the structure,andmake a correct evaluation of the mechanical properties,and hope to lay theoreticalfoundation of large force measuring device,make a contribution for thescientificresearch of value transfer the force measuring and weighing sensors and other aspects.In this paper,based on the analysis of the principle,structure,the load/unloadprinciple and movement of weights of1MN dead weight force standard machine,It hasin-depth analysis on the mechanical properties from the mechanical model’sestablished and simplified,the theoretical formulas deduced and calculated,and theuse of ANSYS software to analysis etc.In the paper,In the primary component analysis of1MN deadweight forcestandard machine,it has established mechanical model of driving mechanism,andanalyzed staticcharacteristics,modal characteristics and fatigue characteristics of theeccentric shaft bearing the maximum.It has the modeling analysis to the force valuetransfer system,this system could be translate into a system of two vibration.Then,damage of reverse frame of hanging mechanism is mainly because of Buckling Failurewith compresser.In the paper,using the finite element method,it has calculatedmaximum buckling load of the Reverse frame,and then established the Engineering simplified calculation method.Proved by1T deadweight force standard machineexperiment,the method is available.And then it has analysised static performance ofthe whole hanging system and dynamic beam,in order to ensure mechanical propertiesof main stress components of1MN dead weight force standard machine can meet thenormal work need.In this paper,it is used the step modeling way to build the mechanics model toanalysis mechanical properties of the whole machine.Applicating vibration mechanicsput the model simplify and calculate,seeking out system vibration equation,substituting the data,it could get the maximum deformation of the whole machineunder the condition of normal load and overload rating,and the result of calculation isverificated in the software of ANSYS.In the paper,it also analysised the wholemachine’s performance in the case of overload and eccentric,especially impact load onmachine,in the paper,we have designed a buffer system.Based on that,Load characteristic experiments are carried out On1MN deadweight force standard machine,in order to verify the correctness of the theoreticalcalculation and simulation....
